Strategic Decisions in Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors

Assignments for the benefit of creditors or ABCs are state law alternatives to federal bankruptcy. ABCs are not uniform throughout the states, which may provide for strategic opportunities by a choice of venue or options within the chosen state’s laws. Our panelists are highly-experienced ABC practitioners. They will discuss ABCs in general as well as available strategies and tactics
